アメリカの映画宣伝は予告編がこれ以上ないほど重要に
バラエティ誌に指摘されるまでもなく、予告編（ネットで公開する予告編）の重要度が上がっているなんてことはもうみんな気が付いてるでしょ。（気づいてないのは呑気に駄予告編を作り続け垂れ流している日本の宣伝会社/日本の配給会社と所属のタレントの肖像権にこだわり自社タレント出演作の宣伝機会をみすみす捨てている某事務所とネットに予告編を出さない某アニメ会社くらいなもんだ。） そして「映画本編と同様に、予告編の出来がヒットを左右するといっても過言ではない」なんてドヤ顔で映画.comに言われるまでもない、ネットを使える観客はとっくの昔に予告編で判断してるって（笑）。 良い時代になりましたよ。映画館で見るだけじゃなく自宅でも出先でも予告編（本編動画）を見ることが出来て、それ見て取捨選択が可能になったんだから。映画ライターや批評家の煽り文句や過剰宣伝に騙されずに済むようになって清々です。
全世界で公開されるような作品は各国版の予告編を見比べられている。そして、どの国の予告編が出来が良いかという評価の対象になっている。こうして予告編の賞もある。映画の予告編は単なる宣伝用素材というだけでなく独立した短編動画という見られ方をしている。日本（特に邦画）は予告編の質をあげないとまずいと思う。
それにYouTubeなど動画サイトに予告編を載せるときは、邦題をローマ字表記にしたり英題を併記したり、予告編という表示だけでなくTrailerという英語表示を付けないと。邦画だからといって洋画の日本国内向けの予告編だからといって日本人だけが見るわけじゃない。全世界からアクセスがあるし、それだけ見てもらえるチャンスがあるということ。海外作品の予告編探すときに、映画タイトルの英語表記（英題表記）やTrailerという英語表記がどれだけ助けになるか…その国の言語だけで表示されている時とでは全然違いますよ。ただ邦題を日本語表示するだけでは……売り込むチャンスを逃している。日本の映画会社やYouTubeの公式チャンネルを持っている日本の映画ポータルサイトはなんでそういう表示をしないのかほんとに不思議。

アメリカの映画宣伝は予告編がこれ以上ないほど重要に
アメリカの映画宣伝では予告編がこれ以上ないほどに重要になってきていると、米バラエティが報じている。インターネットの登場以前は、映画予告編は映画館で見るしかなかったが、いまではオンラインでどこでも視聴することができる。米オンラインチケット販売大手のファンダンゴでは、予告編の視聴と前売り券の購入が同じページで可能のため、予告編の出来がチケット販売に大きな影響を及ぼしているという。また、YouTubeなどで予告編を公開した場合、視聴者の年齢や性別、地域などのデータを得ることができるため、スタジオ側はより影響力のある映像を作ることが可能になった。YouTubeの予告編再生回数は、前年対比で倍増している。いまでは、大作映画の予告編公開をイベント化し、ソーシャルメディアで拡散させることで話題性を生み出すというビジネスモデルが構築されつつあるという。映画本編と同様に、予告編の出来がヒットを左右するといっても過言ではない。
バラエティ誌に指摘されるまでもなく、予告編（ネットで公開する予告編）の重要度が上がっているなんてことはもうみんな気が付いてるでしょ。
全世界で公開されるような作品は各国版の予告編を見比べられている。そして、どの国の予告編が出来が良いかという評価の対象になっている。こうして予告編の賞もある。映画の予告編は単なる宣伝用素材というだけでなく独立した短編動画という見られ方をしている。日本（特に邦画）は予告編の質をあげないとまずいと思う。
それにYouTubeなど動画サイトに予告編を載せるときは、邦題をローマ字表記にしたり英題を併記したり、予告編という表示だけでなくTrailerという英語表示を付けないと。邦画だからといって洋画の日本国内向けの予告編だからといって日本人だけが見るわけじゃない。全世界からアクセスがあるし、それだけ見てもらえるチャンスがあるということ。海外作品の予告編探すときに、映画タイトルの英語表記（英題表記）やTrailerという英語表記がどれだけ助けになるか…その国の言語だけで表示されている時とでは全然違いますよ。ただ邦題を日本語表示するだけでは……売り込むチャンスを逃している。日本の映画会社やYouTubeの公式チャンネルを持っている日本の映画ポータルサイトはなんでそういう表示をしないのかほんとに不思議。
